 Together with massage, pampering treatments, meditation and breath work they can and will help you connect to body, mind and soul.

The more you participate, the healthier and younger you will feel from your rejuvenation vacation here in our paradise.

We encourage you rise early; before 6am is a good time to appreciate the rosy colors of a new day. 

Take a quick dip in the sea, rinse off and stroll to the end of our beach (left side if facing the sea), and climb the steps to our bamboo bridge.

This takes you to our Rocky Island Sundeck and you will find Heavens deck at the end of the right side of our beach.

If it’s raining you might prefer to use Peace Temple.

By practicing your own yoga, tai chi or other gentle arts early mornings and evenings you will be connecting to your higher self and learning to listen better to your body, mind and soul.

Enjoy the many butterflies, lacewings and our variety of bird life. 

Keep a look out for hornbill, woodpecker and kingfishers and finish your practice with another dip or snorkel with the fish and the corals.

Guidance classes for yoga, chi gong, tai chi as well as tai chi sword dancing can be arranged and booked at your expense.

Though not promised, there is a good chance that Leeann, if not busy, might invite you to join her own practice some early mornings and evenings.
