If you haven’t got just substitute for something similar and explore. This is your Raw Food, Semi-Raw Food living live food adventure.

We use organically grown vegetables as much as possible:
Simple Soups, salads and dips.
 

Raw Energy Soup
 
some cucumber,
some stinging nettle, spinach or green leaves
some apple or/and beetroot, some celery & any other herb to taste
small peeled lemon or other similar citrus, big handful of your favorite sprouts
some oregano, Basel, cayenne or turmeric
warm herbal tea
(approx 1-2 cups per person)
some fresh coconut cream,
little homemade sauerkraut
small amount of mashed ripe avocado.

Blend first 7 ingredients with little water

Add herbal tea, then avocado & coconut cream last

Rainbow Salad
 

some green leaves of any kind,
some beetroot & carrot grated or thinly sliced
1 ripe avocado, cubed
some ripe tomatoes (cherry type is good)
,
some bell pepper, diced (yellow, green, red)
some cabbage (both red & green)
, some finely chopped onion & garlic
big handful of your favorite sprouts
1 tbsp chopped soaked nuts or seeds 

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Spicy Dressing
 

2 tbsp virgin coconut oil and coconut cream
,
2 tbsp balsamic or apple cider vinegar, some fresh coconut cream
,
dash Celery salt, yeast, garlic &/or cayenne
little homemade sauerkraut. 

Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl.

Whisk dressing & gently toss with salad.

Guacamole
 
some avocados, both diced & mashed
,
some freshly juice of lemon lime or calamansi
some finely chopped onion & garlic
, little finely chopped celery &/or parsley
any fresh or dried herbs that are handy
, some fresh coconut cream

Mix all ingredients well- serve immediately!

Hummus
 

4 cups chickpeas, soaked and sprouted,
some finely chopped onion & garlic
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tahini (smashed sesame seeds)
,
some fresh juice of lemon lime or calamansi
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil or olive oil
, some fresh coconut cream
any fresh or dried herbs that are handy,
dash Celery salt, yeast or garlic
little homemade sauerkraut

Blend chickpeas & water, then add remaining
ingredients.
Blend well then top with parsley

Gazpacho
 

1 ripe avocado
some tomatoes (seed if you prefer)
,
some cucumber &/or beetroot
some red pepper & onion, chopped
,
small amount apple cider vinegar
a little fresh coconut cream,
some mashed garlic or garlic paste
a little celery, parsley &/or other herbs, chopped
 
Blend all ingredients until smooth
.

Serve with some avocado pieces on top.

 

 

 

Easy Coleslaw
 

a small chunk of green & red cabbage, shredded
, some carrot, grated
a little diced onion or chopped scallions or chives
,
some celery, parsley &/or fresh herbs that are handy
a small amount of virgin coconut oil & coconut cream
,
some freshly squeezed juice of lemon, lime or calamansi
2 tbsp coconut cream 

Mix the first 4 ingredients loosely in a bowl.

Stir remaining ingredients into the coleslaw.

 

 

Private Island Green Juice
 

some stinging nettle, spinach, kale or any dark green leaves,
some cucumber or/& beetroot
small amount of apple, pineapple or mango
small amount of celery, choyo or ampalya (bitter gourd)
some chopped green cabbage or bok choy
a, little fresh ginger
some freshly squeezed juice of lemon lime or calamansi
1 cup of coconut juice,
2 tabsp coconut cream
,
some comfrey, turmeric, slippery elm or
other powered herb for healing
some licorice, cinnamon, nutmeg or cloves for flavor 

Blend all ingredients, then strain into cheesecloth fabric & squeeze.

Almond Milk (or any other nut milk)
 

1 cup raw almonds soaked 6-8 hours (other nuts would work too)
3 cups spring water
some dates, figs or other seeds (soaked for 15 minutes)
1 tsp vanilla &/or sprig of herbs
,
small amount of slippery elm bark powder for healing 

Blend all ingredients, then strain into cheesecloth fabric & squeeze
,
Return to blender, add other ingredients as desired
.Blend well.
Store milk in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

 

Honey Mustard Dressing
 

1/2 cup virgin coconut oil or olive oil
,
some freshly squeezed juice of lemon lime or calamansi
some green mustard powder or paste (to taste)
,
2 tsp honey or small amount of licorice powder
dash Celery salt, yeast or garlic 

Blend all ingredients well. Enjoy on your favorite green salad!

Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar up to 1 week.
