| On a Raw Food Tropical lifestyle diet, we obtain much of our daily ancient minerals from a little seawater, mixed with juices and salads.
We have found interesting ways to use different seaweed in dishes, as it is a wonder supplement. The tree of Life coconut is a wonderful gift for us here on the island and is greatly revered and generously used. We generously add our homemade coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut meat and millionaires salad (we call it Ubud to everyday organic health food). As a very big ‘Plus’ we are not short of invigorating vitamin D coming from our sun. A Pure Raw Food Lifestyle means eating approx 85% raw/15% cooked pure vegan (plant-sourced) food. It contains no animal foods as these foods can be the cause of many of our physical problems. |
