The Tree of Life coconut is a powerfully healthy gift from the Gods and here on our private island we greatly revere and generously use coconut.
We add our homemade coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut meat and millionaires salad (called Ubud we add it to many of our daily recipes too).
A Raw Food Lifestyle for us here on our private island means eating approx 80% raw and 20% cooked this being mostly plant-based food.
Though we do include the occasional small amount of seafood, (generally raw) we appreciate the problems that animal protein can and does affect ones body.

Raw juices predominantly vegetable are the single most important ingredient in a raw food lifestyle, as it allows nutrients to reach cellular level almost immediately, without going through the digestive process, saving a lots of depleted energy loss.
Raw Food healthy lifestyles offer more fiber than any other diet. Few people realize that there’s no fiber in anything of animal origin, nor in refined flours, sugars, etc.
First thing around 6am or earlier.
Upon rising drink at least 16 ozs (2 glasses) or more, some say 32 ozs of cleansing herbal tea, here we suggest rock fern tea combo with cloves or licorice. Others like a tall glass of calamansi or just plain water. Whatever you drink upon risisn, know that the above or something similare to teh above will help to flush our your digestive tract and a great start to the day.
Around 7 – 8am. A glass of fruit or veggie juice or cleansing herbal tea. Leeann prefers a wholesome glass of freshly dropped Noni with a little honey, coconut cream and a dash of nutmeg, followed by a small glass of aloe vera misxed with our calamansi chaser.
Mid morning or earlier.
A colorful plate of tropical fruit or a veggie salad trimmed with exotic flowers or a wholesome healthy fruit, veggie platter or another vibrantly rich green juice of your choice.
Lunch around 1pm.
This is our special mealtime as our table is lavishly spread with many exotic small and often spicy dishes, to suit those newly experimenting on RAW and the well-adapted raw food dishes. (approx. 85% raw to 15% cooked).
A wholesome healthy fruit, veggie or vibrantly rich green juice ofyour choice and some fresh young coconut meat, we call it ‘Buko’.
A little komucha tea – Leeann suggests you imagine it’s a glass of sherry and you offer a tribute to the closing of another beautiful day. If you body has adjusted to the powerful anti-oxidents and probiotic combo of kombucha, then enjoy several glasses each da as its has malic acid too, good to help disolve your gallstones.
This could a veggie salad, or/and a raw veggie soup. It cold be with a littel quinoa grains too.
Additional veggie juices or soups can be asked for anytime and you are welcome to end your day with a cleansing beverage like Aloe Vera or Okra water.
The average person on a Standard American Diet (SAD) is consuming mostly a fiber-less, dead food diet, which is why so many people suffer with health challenges, constipation being the root cause of almost all of them.Many of these problems improve or even disappear when one shifts to a high fiber Raw Food, living live food lifestyle.
