  YOU must make the commitment and have made the right decision. We may offer a transferable rebooking gift certificate value option. Rebooking must be w/in a year from original program date and based on prevailing rates during new dates. This transferable value will be less, program registration; admin; material; supply/island staff costs and cancellation/ rebooking fees.
Force Majuere:
  Private Island will not be held responsible to members for failure to abide to this agreement in case of fortuitous event, labor dispute, or any conditions beyond its control. If any members are delayed in departure from our island due to weather or other difficulties beyond our control, accommodation will be offered free of charge, however meals and treatments shall be charged to the members account.
