We, Private Island Natural Health Spa Inc, offer our beautiful island facilities for the pleasure of our visitors to experience quality island time for their own self-healing. Our facility offers a beautiful space for our students/guests and it's their responsibility to take out of our program what they feel they need for their own self healing.

What you receive here from us is our location to enjoy your detox program using the herbs, supplements and therapies suggested by our professional medical back-up team in Manila.

Should you have any queries once here on our tiny island regarding your island stay, possibly needing more understanding on health issues or in regards to our island services and our policies, you are welcome to contact our main Manila office as often as needed for deeper clarifications.

Private Island Natural Health Spa rejuvenation, purification and regeneration programs are exclusively for a maximum of 6 student/members who have a full positive commitment to the length of program they decide upon.

Before signing on as a member and availing of our program, you are required to read carefully our 'What to Expect Page’, to have the full understanding of exactly what it is going to be like here on our island to avoid disappointments.

We admit that our Robinson Crusoe private island is NOT for everyone and YOU need to be committed to wanting to enjoy and to embrace all that we have to offer in our island simplicity.
We encourage YOU to seriously make this commitment when you make your booking.
The onus is up to YOU…… You owe it to yourself to find the time to just be.
If you are not 100% sure of how you will manage on a tiny private island, then just book a week program and extend while here.

We have a few sayings we feel have value here:
When in Rome do as the Romans do; likewise when in the Philippines, etc,
When on  a Private Island Robinson Paradise at the end of the earth, you will need to understand where you are coming to..
YOU must come with the desire to enjoy and just accept that the life here really is different to anything you are used to.
Our tiny island at the end of the world is Robinson land with a few extra trimmings. It is that simple.

Understand that on your fast; emotions will come up, sometimes lots of them. You WILL need to let them go.
You will need to receive the light and guidance of the universe to digest them in the best positive way.

YOU will need to honor yourself and every moment of your treasured time here and you sincerely will love it.
Battle trying to change the “what is NOT”, “it SHOULD BE”, “It would be better if”
”why is it not possible etc”, “How come they forget” “How come they are on Philippine time”
will just consume you and bring out the very negative emotions that you come here to address.

Coming to our island with the right attitude and enjoying all our gifts could and should be the best gift you could give
yourself and we need YOUR total commitment for it to be effective.

Whatever are you health challenges and issues, be it coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, excess anger, fear, insecurities, parasite infestation, weight loss or weight gain; remind yourself every day you are here that YOU need to do the work and what better place to do it that on a beautiful private island in the middle of the South China Sea.

While asking yourself if YOU are 100% committed, you need also to be asking yourself to acknowledge the following:
That YOU be true to yourself on your program;
NO steeping off the path;
NO cigarettes;
NO alcohol;
NO junk food products;
Nor anything bad that you might be tempted to buy as comfort.

These are rules designed to help YOU overcome what you have come here to address and your full commitment is vital..
 
Here on our island we make no claims to know all the answers or even half of them.
We are simple island folk offering simple island services and learning all the time ourselves.
We are constantly adding new improvements to our programs and experiencing new situations.

So if you are not sure of your dates or seeking a longer term commitment, we encourage you to book a shorter length and extend once here. However by choosing this option, you can no longer avail of our prepaid discounts, nor can we guarantee if one of our 6 regular cottages would be free.
We do have some additional rooms, albeit simple and less costly for prolonged stays.

Membership Registration Fees must be paid and your Personal Health Evaluation done before we can discuss anything about your health issues.
Balance of Payment must be made a minimum of 3 days before you arrive here in our island, for us to be prepared for your program.
The earlier you make your balance of payment the more discount you can avail.
If you pay in Bank Transfer which we consider as a CASH payment, we offer a CASH discount.

Additional Charges Exclusive of our Official Rates
Our program rates are EXCLUSIVE of Return Domestic Airfares and airport to El Nido town transfers and Govt. Taxes
Return Domestic Airfares, town transfers and our handling fee is approx US$375.

Govt tax on your program is 16%;


Private Island Program Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Less than 2 weeks before your program: ...............................................No refund**
2 weeks to 4 weeks before your program: .............................................40% refund.
4 weeks to 6 weeks before your program: .............................................60% refund
6 weeks onwards: ...............................................................................70% refund

Any return of payment may take between 2-4 months to repay.
There is no exception to this rule and this is clearly defined in our policy.

Shortened stays:
We do not give cash payment rebates. YOU must make the commitment & have made the right decision.
Under certain circumstances, we may offer a transferable rebooking gift certificate value option.
Rebooking must be w/in a year from original program date & based on prevailing rates during new dates.
This transferable value will be less program registration; admin; material; supply/island staff costs & cancellation/ rebooking fees.

Staff Gratuities/Tips:
Everyone of our team will be grateful of your appreciation of service to any of them.
This includes our immediate girls that facilitate housekeeping, kitchen and therapy tasks; our boat drivers, maintenance and utility crew; plus our El Nido Alternative Natural Health Center back up team.
All of them as a team, are here to enhance and enrich your island stay with this wonderful work of natural healing.

We suggest and prefer that you do this at the end of your stay, and in a single lump sum when you are settling any balance of your bill.
This amount will be then pooled and shared by all staff members, depending their position.
