We use both Distilled and Ozonated water for our rejuvenation programs. Other drinking water comes from rainwater or an above ground spring. Shower/washing water comes from a safe underground spring	Manila compared to other big world cities is a very safe place for all International visitors. You can spend a few days there or just pass through onto El Nido direct the same day. El Nido is a sleepy quiet backwater haven at the end of the earth.
