Cleanest
since Memory
Hi Leeann, I'm still feeling good and have kept off most of the weight I
lost. My eyes are brightening up and skin has been clear since I left. My
bowels are still gassy but I am trying to get more seaweed to help counteract
this. I have introduced all my family to sauerkraut, coconut cream and seaweed
dips, most of them were pleasantly surprised how good it tastes. I am almost
completely raw food now with lots of dried fruit, seeds and nuts. It feels
wonderful to have fully functional insides. I keep telling people that I
feel the healthiest and cleanest since memory since my detox. I'm starting

How To Get Here:
You fly to Manila (capital of the Philippines)
arriving at the International airport. From there we arrange someone to
meet and accompany you either to your hotel (if too late to transfer same
day**) or to the clinic for your medical check-up. From there you are driven
to the domestic airport for your transfer to our island.
We will be using either
Island Transvoyager or SEAir, both small 18-seater planes.
** Same day arrivals are possible, it depends on your International arrival

Almost
all citizens of the globe receive a 21 day FREE visa on arrival at the International
airport.

Safety:
Manila (the capital) has
10 million people, is one of the big cities of
the world and has very little crime because the
majority of the population are polite conservative Catholic
people. Still like in any big city, a person has
to be careful. It is true, however, that 6 years ago there were some Muslim
rebel factions in Mindanao, creating troubles in the deep south of the country.
As in every country, news is what sells newspapers. Those past troubles
in the south of the Philippines are very far from El Nido, Palawan. Once
you are on the island you will know there is nothing but wonderful nature,
freedom and a peaceful
environment. |
Health/Vaccinations:
No vaccinations are required to come to the Philippines. Although malaria
is not uncommon in Palawan, the malaria carrying mosquito is primarily in
swamps
and rice paddies on the Palawan mainland, rarely on a
drier rugged mountainous island with white sandy beaches where we are located.
In the past twenty years none
of our customers have come down with malaria after
their stay. Knowing what we know, if we were in your place, we would not
subject our bodies to harmful malaria tablets. If health care of any kind
is necessary, there is a simple local clinic and three doctors in El Nido
town which is 45 minutes away from the island. |

Filipino craftsmen, from our cottages, boats and Jacuzzi to our plates and
