Unforgettable Island Hopping Adventure Our ALL FRILLS package options, includes some Island hopping adventure based on a daily boat value of US$8 per day, accumulated and used once every 3 to 4 days. You are welcome to add more adventure trips with an extra charge. For option 2 (MOST FRILLS) or Option 3 (NO FRILLS) package, our Island Hopping/exploring boat adventure trips costs between $9 – 10 per hour (minimum 2 hrs), discounts for longer trips. We suggest to save funds please plan your stay around what you’d like to experience. This way you can avail of several discounts in your initial booking. The Princess - 1 – 2 hours Inabuyatan Island (12 mins away) better known as the Princess. She is famous for many reasons, here are three of them: This island was the cover photo of the ’6th Edition of Lonely Planet, chosen by author Jens Peters, taken from our dinning area balcony. She has the idyllic beach with a cute Robinson Crusoe hut featured as front cover of a well known German Lonely Planet book. Being exactly one nautical mile (only 1,760 meters) from our island we often organize swimming adventure trips to or from the Princess or both. Enjoy the beach with its shady trees. Excellent snorkeling area on the East Side. Be dropped off or picked up by our boat or swim or paddle there or back.

This island has an enchanting cave with an underground fresh water lagoon documented by Jacques Cousteau in 1989. You swim into the archway walk through the tunnel and then swim the length of the cave, all in the dark. It will definitely be a unforgettable adventure for you. (see folklore)Plan an early morning Island adventure trip in advance. Many say the cave trip is just as interesting as the underground river in Sabang and no need to travel so far. We will need to prepare water proof dive lights for this adventure and go with you as you need a guide. Plus we must choose the best time to go inside, when the tide is medium, neither low nor high and the sea is calm. This is a very special adventure and generally only visited by Private Island guests.

Private Island – 1 hourBats at sunset just 10 minutes away you can often see tens of thousands of bats flying to the mainland with the bat-eating hawk hunting for her dinner too. Leave at approx. 5:30 PM and enjoy the sunset island adventure cruise with a delicious kombucha or herbal tea. Miniloc Island . with big and small lagoon – 3 – 4 hours plus Sumisu and Entalula islands. This is our most popular paradise trip. Snorkeling and spectacular scenery, plenty of good swimming and sometimes you may see a turtle here. Debuluan Island, Vigan, Pinsail Rock – 3 – 4 hours Plus Cudugman and Cathedral Caves and Lagen. Snorkeling, caving, exploring, plus a short climb to a lovely shaded viewpoint and an idyllic snake like shaped sand spit. Often an after lunch trip could include the bats and sunset island adventure. Tapiutan Island – 4 hours or more,. A deep wide open cove within Binancolan Bay frequently visited by yachts. You can also pass the controversial chapel belonging to the Catholic Church. Good corals. In many places, you might be lucky to see turtle, big fish, shark and stingray. However it is difficult to get to this island if there is a big swell or inclement weather; it’s a long adventure trip. Take your time for snorkeling. Plan/book the night before, even if a tentative adventure trip. Matinloc Island – 7- 8 hours Secret beach; White beach; the chapel and much more. Can be a wonderful island adventure if the weather is right, again it must be timed well, with the weather and sea situation.

Take a raw, semi-raw food lunch or living live snacks along the way, snorkel into the small gap if the sea is calm at secret beach and stop to snorkel often. For this island trip please plan the whole day; it is far and must be booked the night before, even tentatively as we must also arrange fuel and a boatman for your trip. The value of this trip can be accumulated or add the extra costs. For all trips, we provide raw food, semi-raw living live snacks, juices and herbal teas. Our dogs Monty and Josuha might love to go along with you if you agree. Hiking and Other AdventuresThe other side of our island: Less than 1 hour Best to go with one of our team. Eastern Cliff-top: Less than 2 hours Climb to the top of our short Eastern Cliff-top. Take the path to our fishing village, used by staff; turn left at the crest of the hill on our boundary. It’s about 20 mins up, 20 mins on top, 20 mins down.

Southern Bay: 2 hoursA hike/climb along the Jungle trail to the Southern Bay. First go up to our western boundary hill, through the tall bamboos. Ignore the left-hand fork at the top of the hill going to the Western Pinnacle, head straight down, continue down, up, hugging our dramatic cliff base. You will be passing high above the back of the village, deep in tropical shady big trees, one almost the size of a small house. This trail goes all the way to the southernmost tip of the island. Once you reach the bay, at the very end, take a swim and even snorkel back if you come prepared, just go round the tip of the island, to your right from the beach and back to the retreat via the Western side. There are many small caves full of little fish, small beaches full of shells and numerous colorful clams. Or get our boat back or walk.

Hiking and Kayaking Adventures Nearby Adventures 1 – 2 hoursA paddle or swim adventure around Private Island or to Inabuyutan or the Western side of Lagen Island with or without a support boat.

A paddling adventure up the mangrove river 1 – 2 hours

Go all the way to the sleepy villages of Manlag or Manlalic up one of the smaller tributaries into a mangrove jungle. If you go earlier enough you might spot some monkeys. Look also for colorful birds and crabs.
