GREAT WEATHER Our tiny private and remote island is blessed with one of the most beautiful climates in the world with lots of sun and fun adventures and great weather. Nestled between two jungle-covered cliffs, plus a tropical shady garden, we enjoy a cooler climate than our neighbors. The best dry weather is from late February to mid May when the oceans are calmest and sea visibility can be at it’s peak. Sea temperature average 28-29 degrees and day temperatures gradually climb to 30-31 degrees –the north and easterly wind slowly decrease, and the sky is mostly a brilliant blue full of sunshine and warm sun and fun days with great weather. |

| The south-west “habagat” is from late May to October and we will regularly see clouds and rain nearby, yet receive less rain than the mainland, often bathed in marvelous sunshine and rainbows.
Rain, however can develop very quickly, unleashing torrential downpours often lasting only an hour, then the sun comes out again for more tropical fun pampering. The north-east “amihan” from November to late February are our coolest months, this being our winter. Evenings are cool and feather duvets to sleep under are appreciated.Sea temperature 25-27 degrees – Visibility poorer.Average day temperature 24-28 degrees; evenings 22-25 degrees.

| For local El Nido islanders, and for friends and visitors desiring to visit, the favored fun time with mostly “great weather” is between May to September, so long as there are no long drawn out storms and we can appreciate lots of sun in between.
We might experience several seasons in one day; yet the colors of the cliffs, the beautiful rainbows and the many butterflies outweigh the chance of inclement weather, offering such a spectacular backdrop of Mothers Nature’s ever-changing wonder and magical sun and pristine beauty. For us the very best time to come is when We Are Ready and have the time to rejuvenate and balance our life with a very rare and unique experience in a paradise with fun and sun and great weather, if luck Lady Luck and her angels are with us.
